What is Detoxification?

"Detoxification is the process of removing toxic substances."

What are toxins?

A foreign substance that is considered a poison and can causes disease when present at low concentrations in the body.

How Do I Know If I Need to Detox?

Here are Some Signs You May Want to Detoxify:

  • Fatigue

  • Skin issues

  • Allergies and respiratory problems

  • Immune problems, including repeated infections

  • Puffy eyes

  • Digestive discomfort

  • Intestinal issues

  • Lack of focus

  • Moodiness

  • Depression

  • Low energy

This is a partial list. There are many other possible signs.

Will My Body Detoxify by Itself?

Are you familiar with "Body Burden"?

Chemicals enter our bodies in the food we eat, the things we drink, the air we breathe, and from everyday products that touch our skin, nails, or hair. Some chemicals leave the body very slowly, and they get stored in body tissue, blood, or bones, creating a Body Burden. These chemicals accumulate over time and create weaknesses in the body, and ultimately contribute to illnesses.

How Often Do I Detoxify?

There are 3 ways to detoxify/cleanse.

1. Twice a year...spring and fall.

2. 4 times a year...once in each season.

3. Daily

Which Detoxification Program is Best??

I recommend detoxifying daily using gentle detox products. This way, we are continually eliminating the toxins we are exposed to instead of letting them accumulate for several months.
